I had an amazing time at this hotel! The food was fantastic with so many different dishes every day, and the entertainment for both kids and adults was simply brilliant! Everything was very clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful location. Excellent food, attentive staff.

Functional units with a nice view. Lots of food at the breakfast, including fresh bread and cheese. All in all ideal and convenient setting just off shops restaurants, and palmanova 1 & 2. Overall a very very good stay on the 29th September;)))

Perfect for Families

The location is just a stone's throw from the beach, made our days by the sea pure bliss! The staff were helpful and made sure the kids had a blast with their entertainment, especially during the pool games!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, given the experience, it was still acceptable.

1. Superb view (room 931, so called "pool view", but in fact it was beautiful sea view!) 2. Close to nice beaches with white sand 3. Private car parking 4. Interesting entertainment for adults and children

1. For 3 stars hotel it's strange that you have to pay additionaly for hairdrier, minibar (fridge),safety deposit box. 2. First 4 days food was disgusting (unsalted and repetitive), but after that it seems they changed chief-cooker. Finaly we can recommend this hotel with hb but not with all inclusive

Very bad kitchen. No taste. There are no vegetables almost and Fruit too. The minimum is very low quality. There are almost no dairy products. It's the same every day.

The entertainment team kept us engaged with fun activities, and the kids loved the dedicated pool area. The food was varied and delicious, particularly the breakfast spread with fresh bread and pastries.

The dining area could get noisy at peak times.

The kids enjoyed the activities provided by the staff. The location was close to the beach, made our days enjoyable. The bar staff worked fast to serve drinks. One night, we had a fun time at the karaoke, made for nice family memories.

The room was tight for three of us. The entertainment area felt cramped with so many guests. The food could use more variety, leading us to eat out a couple of times.

The hotel is located within 5 mins of the beach

Trying to obtain a late check out from the reception desk, this could only be confirmed on the day and proved a little difficult with the very rude receptionist on the day of checkout - this member of staff was an exeption to the rule.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, a lovely seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me with my heavy baggage on my first stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing experience!

Facilities were excellent, staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

Hotel was spotless and excellent food.

Could not get sunbeds around pool or get seats for the entertainment at night therefore did not utilise the hotel as much as we would have wanted.

Easy to book in and out

The room smelt of smoke! WHich was very annoying as I am a non smoker! There was some very rude staff.

I enjoyed the modern decor throughout Sol Palmanova Mallorca. The spacious common areas and convenient accessibility.

More seating options in dining areas would help.

Spotless rooms with a nice view! Excellant and incredible food. Marvellous and beautiful location, within 15 minutes walk to Folies.
